This process is straightforward. Expedite and De-expedite messages are
issued for various type of orders. Each order type is from a specific BPCS
order file.
They are:
. Shop Order (FSO)
. Purchase Order (HPO)
. Planned Order (KFP)
. Resupply Order (ECL, where Customer Order is Order Type 9 in ECH)
The MRP Reschedule Date is a field on each of these records. So, the
Expedite Message occurs when MRP Reschedule Date is before the Due Date (or
Schedule Receive Date for RSO). De-expedite Message occurs when it is after
these dates.
If the MRP Reschedule Date is all 9's, that is a Cancel Message.
Using Query, you can identify these messages and output them to files which
can then be downloaded to EXCEL.
Please feel free to contact me offline if you have any questions.
Thanks.

Subject: [BPCS-L] Capture/Query Expedite/De-expedite - CD405
Has anyone ever found a way to put the Expedite/De-expedite record data
into a file which could then be simply queried by Query/400?
