Lots of programs come with BPCS that often do not do the job we need.
ACR220 Account Statements for example.
When we have access to the source code, we can sometimes clone a version
that does do the job we need.

I have had to do massive new reports in the last year, due to the economy.

We have customers who do not honor our prices and terms when they "pay"
their bills, so we have been generating, by customer, reminder lists of
prices, and dates when those prices were quoted. There's also inconsistency
in tracking RMAs.

We have customers with JIT variants where we order raw materials with 60-90
day lead times to meet customer forecasts where they want their product in
1-2 weeks. They had not been canceling orders, only lowering volume, so we
had to add reports on "slow moving" raw materials on "which customers" it
was originally ordered to satisfy.

Thanks Dan! It looks like I should use SIH and SIL in conjunction with
RAR (to check if a balance still due us) to create these customer
statements.

Don,

The freight charge is not stored as a separate field in the A/R detail
file RAR - it's however stored in the Sales History header file (SIH) in
a field labeled SICHG.

I'm having trouble the file/field where our customer invoice freight
amount is stored? This is our A/R side.
