In RCM customer master - Amount Due and Open order amount fields both
should be 0. Depending on returns, credits, order maintenance outside
of BPCS etc. these fields might not be zero.
BPCS 405CD - SYS menu, #23 Reorg menu, #7 ACR970 - will reset amount due
on the customer record.

Subject:
[BPCS-L] ACR100: Delete a customer
When we try to delete (deactivate with option 4) a customer, the message
"Open orders/invoices or drafts exist for this customer." will show up.
There are no open orders or open invoices on this customer.
Can anyone explain me, what I have to check additionally to be able to
delete this customer?
Regards
Joerg Bruggmann
