It's very strange.

I'd like to suggest you to verify the configuration from CEA Settings,
The password size no more than 6 characters, the windows version
(Vista there are some issue) or try to reinstall the CEA package.

We have an issue in which one PC will run into problems (Runtime Error)
during Account Inquiry while running CEAGIH.exe on one computer but works
fine on other computers.

I am thinking there may be a problem with the troubled PC having a different
configuration of the clients.

Does anyone know any easy way to compare the set up on different PCs?

Or if anyone has a better idea as to what is causing the runtime error I
would appreciate it.
