Version ERPlx 8.3.2

Tax Processing?

We are attempting to implement sales tax processing for a new customer that
requires that we collect the state sales tax.

We have set-up the correct tax codes in the customer and item master files.
Then created the parts of the tax processing files (Tax Rate Codes and Tax
Rate Tables).

The list prices do not include tax.

When a new customer order is entered the system does not calculate the tax
and add it to the order total.

When the customer order line is unfolded we can view the correct customer
and item tax codes.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
