We are having four segments. If we want to restrict the GL posting through
Account Rules in CEA how do we do it.
Suppose our segments is :

CO
Cost Center
GL Code
Vendor

Suppose if we want to post GL entries with Segment "Vendor" should have some
value andf without that it should restrict posting.
