The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I don't remember where stored, will look & let you know later.
One of our managers thought scrap was being under-reported, so we setup on
specified raw material classes, to assume we consume like 105% of what is
really needed.
Some BPCS programs have some rounding error problems, but I have experienced
that mainly in calculating prices & costs, not here.

Happy I remain this functional: Wake up each morning; roll out of bed; feet
touch floor; I can stand up (sometimes need to push with arms); walk; get to
toilet; all familiar systems do their thing.

Subject: [BPCS-L] Partial Quantity Issues
What would cause BPCS to issue partial quantities (7.998 vs required
quantity of 8.000) on a shop order, when:
Scrap percentages on all BOM are 1.000
UOM quantities are all 1.000
Reported quantity completed was 1.000 ?
