Robert,

As you know in vanilla BPCS you can only access they security data by the
user. Additionally you must know what all the warehouse, program, etc.
codes are since the description is not available. Additionally to determine
who has access to a particular program you must check to see if the user is
a user type 'S', has all product authority, is authorized to the product the
program belongs to or if the user has specific program level authority

BY Invitation Only is a product that sits over the existing BPCS security
files and allows you to maintain, display or list BPCS authorities by each
of the entities that can be secured. (I.e. programs, warehouses, companies,
etc.)

Hi,

Using data in file X3 and field X3PROG i want to make an listing showing

per program who has access to it.

However i find nowhere a file with the descriptions of the X3PROG

objectnames e.g. ACP100, ACR300.

Does anyone have or know where to get such a list in for instance excel or

access format so i can combine with Crystal Reports?

SSA says such a listing doesn't excist, the moment i believe that i will

rethink my position on the excistence of Santa Claus.

Thanks,

Robert
