Many organisations are using process mapping and workflow diagrams to better understand their ERP applications.
Organisations recognise that often they don't know what the processes are actually doing!
I am developing an add-on to BPCS that will provide;
Workflow Diagrams of what actually happens over a selected time period.
-showing in diagrammatic form what programs executed and the throughput times.
Diagrams showing the most common paths chosen and the times taken
Decision points showing which parameters were used.
Human Performance data showing which users were carrying out what work.
Organisation charts showing relationships between users.
I am looking for feedback from people regarding interest in this topic.
