We are a 6.0.04 shop that makes heavy use of planning bills with a
product configurator. We are trying to track down some strange numbers
in our forecast consumption on MRP300. On planning bill items with
option percentages, it appears that the forecast for parent items is
being multiplied by the option percentage to get the child production
forecast, which is expected behavior. However, it appears that the
consumption numbers from customer orders are also being multiplied by
the option percentage as the production forecast is consumed, which does
not make sense to us. Anyone ever encountered this before? Is there a
switch somewhere to change the consumption logic?

Thanks,

Jim Reinardy
