These types of questions, the Infor help line should be able to answer. Does your customer does not have help line support having having implemented 8.1?

You should be able to enter special lines in Order Maintenance (ORD700) as long as you have an open regular line open. Once you accept these with F6, this should go directly to ready to invoice so you will be able to see them in BIL500.
