Andrew,

Take a look at release management in the OLM product. I did it for a company a few years ago and would not be able to walk you through it. I would have to see it to recall it, meaning being on site or remote access.

My client would like to add additional charges to an invoice after
order-confirmation and before invoicing.
They do not normally ship complete orders so adding special lines to the
order(s) is not suitable.
The charges to be added will typically be Freight, Packaging etc. and will
be fixed charges although not fixed for each invoice..
I have tried to untangle my way through OLM to add the charges as Shipment
charges on an invoice without success.
Can anyone help me please.

Regards,
Andrew
