This can be done with Excel alone. No third party app required.

Checking
Importance: Low

Hello list.

In reading this particular thread re: use of Excel spreadsheets for
multiple uses (BOM, inventory reporting, etc.), and there is (really) a
better solution. I know that vendor 'spamming' of these boards is
unwelcomed, but in this case, I know that our solution would solve these
problems and alleviate re-keying, re-creating of reports, as our tool
provides for a live/dynamic link b/tw the GL w/in BPCS (read-only), as
well as other disparate data sources on any relational database. Feel
free to contact me at 919.865.5412 if you'd like to speak on this topic
further. I have north of 700 BPCS clients running a myriad of Global
solutions for these very same reasons, and would be happy to share
reference information.

Respectfully,

Deana Mitchell-Tavolacci
