I have a client who is currently on 4.n version of BPCS. They are
considering an upgrade to 8.n but have been told by their support
organization they will have to pay additional license fees for 8.n

Their paid up on maintenance so I won't expect them to pay additional fees.
Their not anticipating adding modules so no fee requirement on the basis of
added software.

Anyone on the list been faced with the same situation - same number of
users, no new modules and paid up maintenance - but had to paid additional
license fees to get the software?
