The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Is there a way in BPCS to block an item number for Purchasing, Shop

Here's what we did on 405CD:
Modified INV100, BOM500, MRP140 and SFC100 to work on IIML02 instead of
only on IIML01. We then set INV100 to populate the IID field with the
value of XX instead of IM. We added code to BOM500 and SFC100 that allowed
the "XX" parts to be maintained just as the "IM" parts could be.
Added F key to "activate" the part number. This changed the IID value to
IM which then allowed it to be costed.
