To the best of my recollection.
There was a Welcome Back program a while ago, that waived back maintenance
fees but you had to purchase either a 2 year or 3 year maintenance agreement
going forward. I think that his offer has expired though.
I sure wish they would allow you to just buy key protection and or BMR
updates for just the currently release that you are on.
I know that one of the selling points for their maintenance is that you can
get new BPCS releases, but as most of us know, that is not something most
companies want to tackle ever couple of years. Unless there is some
significant
software enhancements that your company would benefit from.
