If you are open to investigating other 3rd party solutions, Quadrant
Software offers a great solution called Formtastic that is designed to
help you with your printing requirements from BPCS. We have hundreds of
BPCS users utilizing our solution to reformat their BPCS output and
automatically distribute it to one or more destination including
printers, fax, email and archive. We also have pre-designed forms for
the common BPCS business documents (i.e. Invoice, Purchase Order,
Statement, etc) to simplify the implementation process. Should you be
