Hi Claudia, We're on 4.05CD ~went to V5R3 two years ago when converting to a i520 box. We did not encounter any problems. And (if my memory serves me correctly) did not have to load additional IBM PTFs or BPCS BMRs, just needed the software key from SSA... Hope this helps.
