ACR500 single invoice not appear -- BPCS-L

Dear BPCS Professional..
 
Last day, incidently our ACR500 does not display single invoice on the
grids, can any one know how to resolve ?  I have post it into OPS but
very slow respons.

We use 6002 plf cum Mar 98, client server.
