Terri, Are there corresponding records in BBH for the BBL records? If so, you'll also need to clean up BBH. Do the BBL records have corresponding SIL records? If so, removing the records is almost certainly fine. Cleanup is one thing - finding out what is causing these going forward is another task - one that should be easier if you start clean and monitor for records often. Checking for orphan BBH and BBL is a check we do on a regular basis.
