I agree with Harold. BPCS 's lot control functionality are excellent. Good user standard operatring procedures and work instructions are important success factors.

I have been involved in several implementations with Lot Control in V6.1 and I found out that implementing working procedures that are required to perform inventory transactions on lot level is the most critical part in this.
