If your new BPCS clients want help with AS/SET code, here's a self-paced AS/SET training manual that would get you started on learning how to use AS/SET code: http://www.unbeatenpathintl.com/standovguidedesc.html 
The book would be a start, but quite a bit of hands-on experience

BPCS version 6.02 90% of the help text is still on line and printable.
