Peter, We use a package called APS from a UK firm, Advanced Printing Solutions. They are on the web at www.aps-cambridge.co.uk We have used this since going live with our BPCS V6.04 in 1999 and it has always done what we need, allowing us to format invoices, acknowledgements etc into more professional documents. There may be better offerings on the market now, but that's the one we use. There are tools in the market, which pickup a spooled file and transform it to your own customization. I would like to hear from the BPCS community which packages are used in this area.
