For some versions of BPCS there are no parameters, you have to design yourown rules for what needs to go away, and consider all implications. Forexample if you delete an item, the history of that item hangs foreverbecause INV900 only purges history on items that still exist.

I suggest you run SYS800 from beginning to end. There are some screenswhere you can define how long you want BPCS to store some types ofdata. None of these values should be changed without consultation withwhoever at your company owns whatever data. Depending on your version ofBPCS, some of the settings in SYS800 may bet ignored by BPCS.

Where are the parameters/criteria defined for these purge programs ?
Pls help me with this.
