I run on BPCS v.6.1.02. I don't whether these files are exist on 405. After I checked, ITH/TTDTE for trans type=C represented posting date from APH/APGLDT, not Invoice Date. I found that APO recorded extended amount that used for Costing. APO also has item, purchase order, and purchase order line. Standard and Actual Cost when transaction C occured can be get from Inventory Trans (ITH). It is difficult to find keyed-in date, cause not always BPCS files have it. But if user keyed-in posting date with current date, you can trace with it. cheers, Indah
