Yes. Make reference to LX requisite for LX running, for develop, not only WBS 
studio is need, but also the appropriate SSA Webtop tool.

If you are not going to amend any programs, you don't need it, it's only
needed for development.

We are going to use BPCS Lx Do we need the IBM Websphere Studio ?  We
are not going to modify any program.
