BPCS (any version) is not officially supported by SSA on V5R4, yet. 

Based on my customers, I have no answer for your direct question.

I can add that when the SSA / IBM support will be released it will be announced 
in APAR IBM section, and SSA One point, with proper detail for any version.

Works are now running in IBM & SSA for this.
