This one may be best answered by one of the SSA Global folks that subscribe to the list. Having said that, we are a Recognized Services Provider partner of SSA Global and it is my understanding from some of the sessions we have been involved in that there are 4 clients up and running, another 20 or so in process and upwards of 100 who have acquired the software. We are about to start a couple of projects involving upgrades to LX. We have had LX loaded on our AS400 for quite some time and have not experienced any significant issues (we are obviously not in a production situation - so not suggesting that there won't be any issues - but you get the point if you have been around from the early V6 days). You should also be aware that Feature Pack 1 (FP1) of ERP LX (think 8.3.1 regarding prior release terminology) is due out soon. Some very nice enhancements (such as fair share allocations, streamlined and improved unit of measure calculations, add'l WC overhead rates, improved yield and lead time calculations, etc) have been added - some of which are to encourage PRMS folks to consider a move to ERP LX w/o losing current functionality in that product. This is part of the convergence strategy to be rolled out over the next year or so. Hope this is of some help. Feel free to contact me off-line. Bud Harlan W. I would like to get a feel for the number of Companies live on this release. Thanks in Advance Bill Moy
