I did some digging and found the program that does the YTD updates of the
budget and operating accounts.  It is in the process section of the GUI
interface.  Apparently the controller forgot how to do it, but we're set.

I am not sure about the CEA650 program, but the year end close and the GSX
files are 2 different issues.  For the update of the GSX files, this is
executed
with the YTD rollup process.  That program will update the GSX files and
then
you can download them to FRW.

As for the year end process, when the books have been closed and you are
ready, you will go into Ledgers button and select the Book that you want to
close
by clicking the Transfer Balances button.  This nets out the income and
expense accounts in period 999 and posts the net change into retained
earnings while
posting the balance sheet accounts into period 0 of the new year.
