Hi,

Invoice logging:
it is in ACP500 --> F13, option 3 or 4 (different sorting), if you are on
BPCS 6.1 or higher.
The screens are the same as in invoice entry, but no GL effect (you need to
use a reason code without GL effect). No visibility in open payables, but
in logged payables. The result is stored in AHL and ALP files (heather and
line). To unlog use again ACP500 F13, and option 12. This moves the invoice
into the payables, populates APH and APL, and creates journal entry (if the
right GL reason code is used)

Hi All,

Could someone show me the program that is used for invoice logging?
Secondly, is it possible for two people to do payment selection at the
same time?
