Adeonics (http://www.adeonics.com/) produces the Total/400 tool, which I use regularly here. It does the job. Some work is required to configure the x-ref job, but that is true for every one of these tools. Last time I looked (3+ years ago), it was substantially less expensive than Pathfinder, with a correspondingly smaller feature set, but it had all of the basics - where used reports, source/object mismatch. I am happy with it, and we use BPCS 4.03. Best regards.
