I tried resetting her workstation data area, no luck. Jim, sounds like it's a user profile issue and I'm not talking about the BPCS profile, but the AS/400 profile. Is it possible that they had print control authority and now they don't? If that's not it, the job log should give a good indication as to what's going on. The outq switching occurs in ORD562C. Also, BMR6127 modified the logic to pull the outq from the library list instead of from what is specified in the SSASYS data area. Again, the joblog should hold the answer. Bill
