Yes she does. I should also state that everything was working correctly
until 2 day ago when this happened, so dont know if a job ended abnormally
in mid stream or something.

Since you believe that it is a user profile problem
rather than a workstation problem, maybe look at her
BPCS security to see if she has clearance to the warehouse?
