DanielLots people told you how to handle situation when it is a onsie situation ... one session ended improperly, one order needs fixing. You may wish to setup software in advance to handle 2 other scenarios that we get far too often: * the improper session end is in midst of shipping point where 100% of the orders for one customer are in this condition ... potentially hundreds or thousands needing the flag flipped. * BPCS working correctly, but people so accustomed to IT fixing an invalid "in use" that it is requested, when in fact some other work station really is using the order in update, so you need to be able to validate whether or not the "in use" is bogus or valid
A user is getting the message "Order is in use at another workstation" and it's the same user that was updating and the session ended. Where can I find this parameter or what should I do. The user was updating an order through the order entry program. BPCS Version 6.1 Release 01 Thanks, Daniel
