Increasing the journal entry lines in CEA -- BPCS-L

I know I've seen this before, and I've had it working here before, but on
our new PC's I can't seem to get the CANADD parameter in the CEA***.INI
(changed to DFT) to make a difference.  The SSA-GT settings are CANADD=200,
and we were told we could change that to 999.  Any ideas?
