You can also, for a few thousand dollars get a huge upgrade to BPCS security management, such as easy access to who all changed various critical control fields ... would you like to know if someone changed the prices and addresses and tracking so they could send a bunch of stuff to a phoney baloney place, and have it be invisible to the General Ledger. There's add on software that catches who dun it. But this is no good to install after the barn door is all that is left.
I suggest you start by getting a copy of the Auditor manual for BPCS which describes gotchas of various kinds of interest to auditors of BPCS installations ... last time I checked, it cost like $ 150.00.
