Hi,
Because of problems in the past, we have not run BOM900 on a regular
basis. The last time was in 1999 or 2000. I have been doing some testing
and I think I have found a problem. We use the bubble number on some items
and it seems this is screwing up the BOM notes. For example:

Item Seq# Bubble # Note
A 1 0 Note for item A
B 2 1 Note for item B
C 3 2 Note for item C
D 4 0 Note for item D

After BOM 900 runs, it looks like this:
Item Seq# Bubble# Note
A 1 0 Note for item A
D 2 0 Note for item B
B 3 1 Note for item C
C 4 2 Note for item D

The notes will be OK until it gets to the first item with a bubble number,
then it follows the line number, not the item number. When bills without
bubble numbers were reqequenced (discontinued or deleted lines), the notes
are OK. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for it? We are
on 6.04, mixed mode. Thanks!

Paperwork is like kudzu. Both need to be pruned regularly. Usually, a
