version 6.1 my question is whether i need MPS. we have a few items coded as MPS controlled items, but i'm thinking i should change these to just MRP controlled. we do run MPS every evening before running MRP. we are almost exclusively a make to order business. our forecasting practice is to download sales to excel, run excel's forecasting function, and then upload the new forecasts into the MRP forecast file. i'm not aware on anybody that used ATP, or even looks at any MPS reports. so if i just changed the MPS controlled items to MRP controlled and stopped running MPS, would i lose anything? chick doe prime measurement products
