Hello,
It looks like you are working with BPCS Full Client Server.
Each BPCS program you start will use up 1 seat of your licence !.
In other words; When 1 user starts 7 BPCS programs from his client menu,
this will result in 7 (ACOA9...) jobs in your BPCS Sub System and 7
licenses used.
As soon as the number of licenses is exceeded the BPCS programs 'hangs'
for the client and there will be a message pending for *SYSOPR.

We would like to know how BPCS license program is working and counting
licenses. BPCS CS V8.1.00
11.04.2005 10:37:23 37 BPCS licenses are in use by 17 users opening on
their PC's from 2 to 7 programs.
Like the user ZHLE on PC AC0A849DD with 7 active BPCS programs.
We attached a document showing the details.
We appreciate help and explanation about that subject as we are now in
doubts about how really licensing is working.
