I don't suppose you could have more than one receiving warehouse, one for each class of materials, then transfer to stocking or other warehouse.

BPCS/400 Computer Janitor

Hi everyone, we are currently running on BPCS v4.05 CD /AS400. My
question revolves around receiving tolerances
I am aware that you can set plus or minus percent tolerances at the
warehouse level to aid in closing purchase orders upon receipt
automatically. I was wondering if this can be done at the item level as
some items we would like to have up to 15 to 20 percent minus tolerance
(for bulk liquid deliveries) and 2 to 3 percent for other type of items.

Thanking all in advance for your help and input.

Best Regards
Teunis
