           I believe BMR57296 address your problem. You should contact SSA.

Background - We are running 6.1.01, mixed-mode.  We couldn't upgrade PC's
to
Windows 2000 because of some incompatibility between that and BPCS CEA
client, but found that XP seemed to be okay.

Specific problem - Using the Account Inquiry function, user gets the
inquiry
to come up, but clicking on a field immediately closes the session and
leaves the GIH record locked.

Any similar problems or known fixes?  Thanks.
