There is a client-only (it's not a server issue) fix for this. As I remember, this is resolved by getting current with the BPCS client ops service pack. Not sure where these packs are now (in terms of the current number), but OPS SP 32 and higher should do the trick for you. Let me know if this doesn't make sense to you - I'll dig a little more and get you more info on the fix details.
