Jerry, We have done this successfully a number of times, but only on a one time basis. In other words, we acquired a business and were charged with the responsibility to convert their whole AR and AP to ours which is BPCS 6.1.01. I did not have your specific email address. Please email me separatelly with your email address to send you more details. Regards, _____________________________________ Jose J. We have contacted the help de=k to determine how best to import receivables into BPCS without keying all=f the data. Unfortunately, there is no program in BPCS that would a=low you to bring this data in and perform the BPCS edits against. <DI=> Can someone point me in the right direction in regards t= how we can correctly write this data into RAR? Since none of these =nvoices will be generated via Billing, is it possible to pull the BPCS inv=ice entry program and go through it to determine how to write the data in?= Does anyone know the program that we need to get out of AS/Set to lo=k at this? Thanks in advance to anyone who has =ttempted to do the same and can give us any information. <=DIV> Jerry Hunt Neuville Industries Inc. jhunt%neu=ille.com _______________________________________________ This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list To post a message email: BPCS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/bpcs-l or email: BPCS-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l.
