With order class 7 you don't get a pick slip since this is a post ship entry. Have them use a different order class and walk through all the steps. There are trade offs to selecting different types and classes. As for the delivery note, is this something that prints standard in one of the base classes? I am not on the system right now to tell you, but if it is associated to a base class like 2 or 5 for OLM, I would imagine that you need to have that turned on to generate the data to those files so that it can print. Sorry I can't be more help, but I would have to look on a system to give you a definitive answer.
