The gentlemans name is David Slicker. I have worked as a consultant with him
in the past on a BPCS installation. His team is very knowledgeable in the
BPCS arena. They are usually on the road doing projects, so if you leave a
message he will get back to you.

Once I read this topic, I contacted them and I got an answer in the same
day (yesterday). We already exchanged some mails regarding the manual,
its contents, shipping costs, etc.

I believe you wait a few days for a reply, then you send a check in the
snail mail and get the manual shipped by FedX or UPS to the address you
specify.  I think the guy in charge has some other consulting job, and
is
on the road a lot, so it is not like he is checking every 5 minutes for
his
messages.

There are other places selling other kinds of BPCS Manuals, and
resources
for BPCS users.

access to sample pages helps you know which documentation is most right
for
your needs.
I suggested that this might be right for one person who recently asked a
question here.
Depending on what your needs are, I might suggest a different manual.

I have access to a bunch, some mentioned recently in BPCS_L, some not so
recently, like the IBM Red Book on BPCS, which we downloaded from the
IBM
web site.
