Read the ITH file by date since monthend.  
  Read ITE based on the trans type
  Clear work vars (OB, ISS, RCV, ADJ)
  Add trans qty to OB work var
  Set ISS, RCV, ADJ work vars based on ITE effect code
  
  Read ILI - add work vars - update ILI
  Read IWI - add work vars - update IWI
  Read IIM - add work vars - update IIM
