Recurring Journal Vouchers

A User can establish an Event which they could consider as Recurring.  The
Model associated with the Event can be setup so that the User can update the
dollar amount or leave the same every month.  

A User would be responsible for posting using New Events in Events
Processing every month.  Events Processing will allow the posting of the
same event name multiple times during the same period.  

An option might be to setup up Allocations to distribute a fixed amount.
But again the Allocation Program can be run multiple times during a given
period.  I have never used this option as the client usually believes that
setting up Allocations is more cumbersome than creating a single Event Name
to be executed every month.
