I've got some transactions (inventory adjustments) that I want to upload
into BPCS from a PC based barcode scanning system. This only happens a few
times a year and I was thinking that CIMPath would be a good way to handle
it. Earlier this year I tried manually loading a couple of transactions
into the NIN file in our test database and was able to get it to post into
BPCS. Now, I'm testing a program that I wrote to populate the NIN file but
am having trouble with the post and want to verify the steps. Actually, I
did get a transaction to post but there is still a record in the NIN file
which I was expecting to be cleared out. Ultimately, I want to have one
batch program that calls the program to get the records, load the NIN file,
and then call the BPCS program to do the post.

1) Do I need to call CIM520 or CIM530? Can I just run CIM620 to do the
post?
2) Do I load the records into my workstation member and then run the above
option(s) from that session?

We are on 4.05. Thanks.
