BPCS Ver. 6.0.02, plf Mar98 cum , FULL client/server - Not on OGS

I am trying to find out which program does maintenance to file IIH - the
Item/Hazard Code File.

AS/SET is not an option to look at & going through the menus, nothing seems
to make sense.
