If I'm understanding your question, you would like to see separate planned 
orders for each customer even though the demand is all for the same day for the 
same item.  Is this correct? If so you need to know that BPCS MRP logic will 
always consolidate one day's demand.  There is no functionality - at any 
version- to create one planned order per customer. 

Flattening your bill would have no effect on this logic whatsoever. The data 
resides in two different files, KFP (planned and firm planned orders of 
supply) versus the KMR, which has your requirements whether through the BOM or 
from 
customer orders.  Flattening your bills however, may reduce the complexity of 
the planning process.
